Ambiance was fine, but server was overly aggressive constantly asking if we needed something. The tiger prawn was overcooked and rubbery and the calamari had absolutely no taste. The saganaki was listed as being pan fried and it was ok but could have better. Expected better tasting food from a Greek restaurant that received numerous excellent reviews. The server comped us a dessert which was appreciated. Probably won’t return.

First, I would return. Food is excellent, no matter what you order. We started with a mix of Mediterranean spreads--hummus, spicy feta and avocado tzatziki with warm pita slices. Simultaneously shared a calamari dish, enough for three of us to have a good sampling. Really nice light batter and interesting dipping sauce with mustard (?) Followed this with saganaki, but not served flaming. Still delicious. So far, the only problem we had was the food came out too quickly. When we got the first two dishes together, and saganaki was coming 'soon', we asked them to hold it until we had a chance to enjoy the first dishes. We should have asked for the same thing for our pastitsio which came out right after the saganaki. It was nice and hot, luckily, so still warm by the time we ate it. Large portion, so two of us shared one order and still took a little home! If you have room, try the pistachio gelato. Really interesting blend of flavors and nice ending. Because the prices are 'fine dining' level, you might want to order a mix of small plates and share. But you will enjoy it all! Note: Inside noise is 'lively even when the restaurant is not full.

The service was outstanding. Food was tasty, the lamb meatballs were tasty, loved the crispy zucchini, and the fish was nicely done. My friends had the wagyu gyros and said they were outstanding, while the roasted lamb was just ok. Overall, good ambiance, but it did get rather loud.

The pastitsio was delicious and served in a beautiful and unique presentation. The portion was so large that I took more than half of it home! We also enjoyed the saganaki and zucchini chips. My husband loved his lamb dish. They were very kind in turning down the ceiling fan because my mother was cold. We will definitely be back!

A great find in LaGrange with a few hitches. First, there were four of us and we were unable to have a conversation because of the noise volume. The two-piece band was excellent but we were seated behind them and in front of speakers. Secondly, it would have been nice to have cucumbers or celery to use with the dips instead of just bread because a basket of bread was already put on our table. Enjoy the great food and vibe at this restaurant, just don't get seated too close to the music

Food was delicious. We enjoyed the grilled octopus as an appetizer though it could be part of Meze options. Mixed drinks were perfect. The dirty martini made with Greek olive juice topped with feta stuffed olives was perfect. Portions were large and most left with take home containers. Dessert was unique for us. Pistachio gelato drizzled with olive oil for added creaminess topped with flaked Greek black sea salt. All flavors melded perfectly. Our waiter was attentive in spite of how busy it was.

A lot of “noise” about the noise. We were there on a Friday evening; it was noisy inside, but not to the point it was distracting; the volume on the background music was turned down. My wife and I shared the charred beets, tabbouleh salad, Greek meatballs, and pastichio. They were all very good. The pastichio is quite different than a typical Greek restaurant offering. The chocolate namelaka was velvety smooth and delicious. Drinks and wines were expensive but high quality. We will go back.
