Come enjoy a modern dining experience planned around a creative, eclectic menu and the spectacular views of the Sherwin Range and Mammoth Mountain. Our restaurant features the fine cuisine of Mammoth Chef Gaby Hernandez and is a dramatic departure from the standard fare found in traditional bowling centers.

Starting December 16th The Brasserie restaurant will be open daily at 5:00pm. Holiday hours may be different. Our cuisine is continentally inspired, and daily specials are added with fresh, seasonally available ingredients.. We also host “special” dinners honoring specific holidays. Please check our website for more menu information. Call us directly to reserve for parties of 7 or more.

One of the most beautiful dining experiences anywhere in the Sierra. The food is stunning and incredibly tasty….the elk is always delicious, the duck is crispy and well seasoned. The wine list has almost everything to meet anyone’s palate. If you’re lucky enough to have Jen as your server you will also get some great sierra knowledge and conversation.

Mushrooms in a pastry shell were incredible. Heirloom tomato salad to die for. Duck was excellent. All the above dishes capable of 2 to 3 Michelin stars. The only disappointment was the halibut special that was dried out. Frozen too long? Overcooked? Great views of alpenglow over the Sherwin mountains at sunset. A wonderful evening. Resist the urge to eat healthy 300 miles from the ocean and skip the fish.

Outstanding service by our serverSophie. Very attentive who made sure that our food/drinks were fully satisfactory. Several of us had the elk medallions and one had duck. All outstanding. Mammoth Rock Brasserie is a hidden gem and the perfect place for a special meal. My wife enjoyed celebrating her 65th birthday last night. Thank you Chef, Sophie and staff for the wonderful evening.

Always enjoy going here. Great menu of cocktails, wine and food. All 4 in our party thought there meal was delicious. We make sure to eat here whenever we are in Mammoth.

This is a lovely restaurant with a spectacular view of the Sierras. Food is fresh and tasty, drinks are good too. Definitely spend an evening here when you visit Mammoth.

Mammoth Rock Brasserie offers an elegant one of a kind scenic setting for a special dining experience. Welcoming professional staff. Great cocktails . We enjoyed garden fresh tomatoes and a yummy mushroom risotto special. The menu offers lots of tempting choices that will keep us coming back. Definitely put this restaurant on your list when you visit Mammoth.

We have been coming to Mammoth in the summer since 1990. We often dined at Lakefront where the current chef and owner of the Brassiere was. The food was excellent and we always had a wonderful experience. We were thrilled to learn he had opened his own restaurant and have dined there many times. Our experience on Tuesday was far below expectations starting with the waiter. My husband called him rough around the edges.’ I think he was abrupt and outright rude. We ordered the tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad to share. The waiter plopped it down in front of me. No plates to place the food on for each of us and no serving spoon to lift the vegetables on to a plate so we used our bread plates. The salad was good but had a bit too much olive oil. My husband ordered the special scallops and he was happy with his meal. I ordered the Filet Mignon and asked for rare. It was delivered with no steak knife, I had to ask for one. It really didn’t matter. The meat was overcooked and the sauce gelatinous. I had a few bites and asked to take it home where when I return home I plan to feed it to my two hunting dogs. If the waiter came by at all it was to try w take a plate from my husband before he was finished. I’m extremely sad to see such a great restaurant go down hill. Never will we return and hope next year that Skadi opens up again.
