Mamma Lombardi's is a family-owned traditional Italian restaurant. The Lombardi family has been actively serving food in Long Island for over 40 years. This little eatery has built its reputation on incredible Neapolitan recipes and a totally scratch kitchen. Mamma Lombardi's is a natural fit for large groups, as family dining is such a staple of Italian culture. The restaurant even has several private event spaces where diners can celebrate any occasion.Mamma Lombardi's menu is divided between lunch, dinner and the pizzeria. Pizza is such a versatile dish in the hands of the Mamma Lombardi's kitchen staff that it got its own menu with dozens of recipes as well as having a build-your-own option. The main dinner menu contains all of the classic Italian dishes diners could want: spaghetti carbonara, grilled filet mignon, chicken parmesan, chicken bolognese, penne with shrimp and veal milanese just to name a few.

I only wish I had two stomachs so I could have enjoyed even more delicious food! The pizzeria is in the front, looks great lots of choices other than pizza, but we had dinner in the dining room. Our waitress was courteous and professional. The food was amazing, you will definitely be taking home part of your meal. I highly recommend!

The tables are a little too close as I kept hearing oerson to my left conversation as if he was talking to me. We shared the zucchini flowers stuffed with cheese and they were delicious. The bread is just like my mother in law used to make. Very crunchy outside and soft in. I had the bow ties with salmon in vodka sauce and it was so delicious and a nice portion. My husband had the fried calamari dinner, also a nice portion which came with a salad. To upgrade the small salad to a Caesar is $5 and that seemed a bit high for the size. Italian cheesecake for dessert was excellent though we couldn’t finish it as we were stuffed. Our waiter, I can’t remember his name,tall, experienced, was terrific. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Our first time at Mama Lombardi’s, and it was a great experience! We were greeted and seated immediately. Waiter came to table within a few minutes Baked clams appetizer was excellent! My meal of linguine with white clam sauce was loaded with many clams and it was excellent! My wife and daughter loved their meals. Service was fantastic Ambiance was very nice on the rustic side. Deserts were to die for and highly recommend the Mexican coffee. We will definitely be back and will frequent the restaurant as often as possible!

The food was exceptional but unfortunately, the service was very slow. Ther appeared to be only one waitstaff catering to quite a few tables.

Great staff ! Nice atmosphere. Had the eggplant parm which was somewhat bland but the fried calamari was delicious. Wife had tortellini Alla Panna and it was fantastic. All in all a pleasant experience

Been here many times and have never been disappointed until tonight. The waitress was slow and forgot so many parts of our order. I was sitting there for 10 minutes waiting for my drink. The appetizer was good. We waited for our food for over 20 minutes. My husband ordered the bowtie pasta with salmon which he loved. I ordered ziti with garlic and oil with a side of breaded chicken. The waitress said she didn't have ziti. I said if there is no ziti I will have spaghetti I don't want penne. She brought mine out with penne and a ton of pepper on it. I was very disappointed and said to her I didn't want penne. I told her to take it back and take it off the bill. Coffee was not the same as it has been before and I believe it was old. Not the new year dinner I expected. I don't know what is happening but it's just not the same as it has been, you're losing your consistency.

The only word to describe Mamma Lombardi's restaurant is excellent! From all the staff, food and decor, everything was perfect. Menu offers so many choices and the food is delicious. This is a gem of a restaurant!

As always, my meal was great. The stuffed artichoke was extremely flavorful and well cooked, although I thought it was a much smaller than I’ve had in the past. The brociole was very flavorable but could have been cooked a little more. Even so, I still rated the meal 5 stars.

Ordered a Moscow mule, it was half ice, very little vodka and ginger beer. We told the waitress, she said sorry but if you want another one you’ll have to pay for it. Horrible customer service. Won’t go back. The Tuscan shrimp dinner on the specials menu was tasteless. They added canned beans to 4 Shrimp with the bean sauce.
