Really enjoyed the evening greatly. Very friendly staff, very patient and ever so polite. I am sorry I could not remember the waitresses name but I think it was Megan was so wonderful and attentive to our needs and requests.

Good food , high end restaurant , great for a date night in Cochrane saves a trip to Calgary. Definitely worth trying

Food was delicious, service was amazing. It was great to see the staff having a wonderful time even during a full restaurant. Quality was amazing! I brought my mom for her late birthday dinner and she was amazed by everything! Both her and I will be back! It was her first time there and it was my fourth time there!

What a lovely restaurant. The food was amazing. The service was better. There wasn’t a thing to dislike. The beef dip seems like an odd thing to order at an Italian restaurant but it was the best one I ever had and the salad was fresh and lovely.

Stood in front with no other people waiting for 10 minutes not being acknowledged at all by the staff directly in front of me, so bad to the point where the bar tender left the bar to come over and ask if I needed help, I replied I am only trying to sit at my reserved table, finally seated waited another 10 minutes before anyone came over to our table, finally have our orders taken, wait another 10 minutes until our appy plate arrives, main dish comes to me and has obviously been reheated as it sat for too long at pick up, food was very average at best , I have no intention of ever going back, and for the cost I would have been better off at Spaghetti Factory, $130 for 2 adults and a child to leave hungry and dissatisfied

Dear Wade, It’s clear that your experience with us was far from satisfactory, and for that, we apologize- Waiting 10 minutes just to be acknowledged, followed by more delays and a lackluster meal, isn't the service or quality we aim to provide. That being said, your server checked on you three times during your visit, and you said everything was fine. We do expect that our guests will speak up when something is wrong so we can fix it on the spot. We're sorry you didn't feel the need to do so before posting this review. As for your comment about Spaghetti Factory—perhaps that would have been a better option for you. We regret that you won’t be returning, but we’ll continue serving the guests who appreciate what we have to offer. Best regards
