    Service was lack luster at best. Forgot to bring salads before entrees arrived and drinks set empty for quite a while. Ordered dessert and no silverware was brought and had to wait for her to come back to ask for spoons😞. Server was standing against wall in kitchen area at times and was not attentive. Food was good as the restaurant appears to try to compete with higher end steakhouses but will need more attention to service in order to compete.

    Great food. Excellent service. Reversed a table at 5:45. Was seat at 5:40.

    Malones continues to be the standard for predictable food at a great price. The service and food quality is extremely good and a great place for business meetings. It's hard to establish a standardized product with so many good things on the menu and so many different locations. That couple with your standardized high-level service keeps us coming back. Thank you for providing a great service to the community of Lexington, Kentucky.

    I love that I was able to make a last minute reservation for my daughter's 16th birthday dinner and get in without a wait for our family of 4. However, our waitress, Kelly, was less than enthused to have us at her table. I would have preferred someone with a smile and interaction with us especially for such a large milestone of a birthday.
