Food good. Our server was sweet. The issue was the unorganized kitchen. Half of our dinner party received food, after multiple inquires to staff including a manager, the other half received their food after 45 minutes of watching us eat. The manager did comp all of our meals but it made for a tense, unhappy dining experience.

Not a formal dinner destination. I wanted something special. People in shorts and coveralls at the bar. So this is not that kind of place. BUT… Good bourbon selection. And prices reasonable. Dinner was fantastic. Didn’t do apps, but wonderful family-style salad. The bone-in ribeye was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Not used to such a thin cut, but taste was great and tender. Filet tasted great. Baked potato and street corn sides as expected. Dessert selections on. Sundae was as advertised: a sundae. Nothing special, and if you want a sundae go to Bruster’s. Old Fashioned crème brûlée was fair. Only thing that made it “Old Fashioned” (as in the drink) was some orange peel flavor to the topping. I would’ve preferred just the everyday crème brûlée. But that’s on me. Noise level average or better: was able to have a conversation with my wife without too much difficulty. Rare these days even at the nicest restaurants. Cost was reasonable for all. A definite “go again” type of place.

We had reservations so we were seated quickly. Waters were served. A short time later, bread and butter (tasty!) were brought to the table. We waited longer than expected for our server to get our order. Once she came to the table, she apologized for the wait. We ordered - both of us ordered the petite filet, me with the blackened shrimp; my husband with the fried shrimp. I got the Mexican street corn for my side; hubby got fries. Entrees and sides came out together. Our salads, yes, they were included with our meal, were brought later. The filets were tender, delicious, melt-in-your mouth good. Sides were very good as well. We enjoyed the salad and will have it again today (there was a lot; our server boxed the leftovers for us). We will definitely go back. Best steak (and sides) we’ve eaten in a long time.

First our The hostess was pleasant, our Waiter Samuel, and assistant Waiter Cole were outstanding, attentive and pleasant to talk to. We had the calamari as an appetizer which was good, different with the addition of fried jalapeño I no it but not overly done for a pairing. Our main dishes were the bluegrass chicken and the center cut NY strip. Both perfectly cooked, chicken was tender and juicy, steak (rare) crispy on the outside, perfect in the middle. I have a theory that if a steak house can cook a lesser cut of meat then when I come back for a good cut it will be on point. Bot did they hit the mark. We'll done Malones we will be back for sure.

First of all I want to give a big shout out to our server, Giselle. By far the best service we've received in over 10 years. Ask for her and you'll enjoy a great experience. The Lexingtonian salad was great. The filet mignon was excellent as were the asparagus and broccoli sides. The blue crab linguini was so-so. For dessert we got the HUGE chocolate cake for my birthday. It was over the top. 😁 A great experience and we will go back!

My wife and I chose Malones to celebrate our birthdays. Our server was super friendly and attentive to our needs. Very impressed. Our meal was absolutely amazing. Well presented, hot and delicious. It was our 1st time dining at Malones and we loved it. 5 star rating!!!! look forward to seeing everyone again.

The salmon piccata was outstanding ……also the chicken on top of mashed potatoes with an amazing sauce was wonderful too….can’t remember the name….

This was our first time in Malone's, but won't be our last. Everything was top flight, from service to food and ambiance. There are not many places like it in the Chattanooga area.

The food was really good and very large portions. We went at a busy time and it took 2 hours for a party of 3. Service was very slow.
