Malone’s is a storied steakhouse restaurant fit for more than just your typical steakhouse occasions. At Malone's we have a rich history of catering to the desires of our guests, combining steakhouse favorites with bold new flavors in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Harry’s year-round patio creates a refreshingly light and airy atmosphere that doesn’t take itself too seriously.     We specifically requested to have our appetizer come out before our salad and main course to come out after we finished outr salads. Guess what this did not happen. the Salad came out before the appetizer and before we finished our salad our entres came out. other than the timing issues we enjoyed the experience.

    Great server. Very attentive to my wife's dietary restrictions. They acknowledged my birthday and received a free dessert. The salad had too much iceberg lettuce. I would expect field greens for an upscale restaurant. The california rolls sushi was great. The steaks were perfect. The crab ragoon was just so-so as it was too sweet. The potato croquettes were ok. The bread was great. The apple crumb cobbler was good but the crunchy topping was not great. Enjoyed the vibe. It was lively but we could still carry on conversation.

    Got to say… the experience DID NOT match the reviews. Food: WAYYY overly salted and seasoned took away from the actual meat taste. Food service: it took over 45min to get our meal - WAY TOO LONG. Waitress: tried to make everything right so kudos to her as she was climbing up from a negative hole. Bottom line reviews did not match the food being served. (It is very rare when I do not finish a rib eye steak but this was one of those times). Sushi - cliff note version, don’t order. Any of it. Period.

    Had a very nice server who walked us through the ordering process and was very attentive. Nice vibe and great food. Highly recommended.

    We went to Malone’s with a group for a birthday. The service was amazing. We had Sarah as our server . She did a great job . All our food was amazing and delicious! It was a great time with friends. Expresso martinis and Old fashioned were amazing! Sushi rolls are fresh and delicious. Steak always tender and having fantastic flavor. Very memorable and one great dinner experience.

    Over all it was great. It’s very loud. Which can’t be helped. We had a party of 7 people. I made the reservation over 3 weeks ago. We were placed in the bar area. I know it’s an amazing area to sit. But I should have asked for a less “active” area. We were by the bathroom. Our servers were outstanding. They had too many tables! But handled it well. You need more than 2 bartenders on a Friday night. There’s no way to sugar coat that! All of our steaks were perfect! Your baked potatoes are too cold. I sent my back and got another that was slightly warmer. It melted the butter. But the cheese and sour cream just made it back to cold temp. Honestly, in Chattanooga, you need to get some amazing bartenders and let them do their job. We will be back but your drinks can’t compete with J’s, Carrabbas or Wooden City. Yes we enjoyed our food tonight but when we left, we went to J’s to have drinks and talk.

    Ordered the small filet and French fried asparagus. The filet was marginal and warm not hot. Was expecting the asparagus to be battered and appearance of a French fry. It was room temperature and had been boiled. Somewhat flavorful. Was really expecting a much better quality food. Ambiance was great. Service was great. Will think twice about a return visit.
