    This is our third time at Malones and we had a wonderful first experience with a late lunch. The last 2 experiences I’ve been in the evening haven’t been great. The service was subpar and it took close to an hour to get our dinner order in. We had to ask multiple staff to try and get refills on wine and cocktails. I would definitely go back for lunch, but doubt we will go back for dinner after tonight’s experience.

    We both had ribeye steaks that were cooked to perfection! Service was exceptional! We will be back.

    Our first time at Malone’s in Chattanooga but I’ve been to locations in Kentucky several times. We had reservations but had to wait about 15 minutes past our reservation time but that was no big deal for a busy Saturday night. Service was excellent. Our food tasted great. We’ll definitely go back again.

    Malone's has been excellent to this point, as we have dined there 6 or 7 times since it opened a few weeks ago. But our server was a huge disappointment today. We didn't see her at all for the longest time and when she finally made an appearance, she took care of her other tables without stopping to greet us, it seems like she doesn't understand the advantage of multi-tasking and checking each of her table's needs during each trip back to the kitchen. She also did not check to see how our food was until we were two-thirds through the meal. Both of our entrees, my filet and my wife's chicken sandwich, were rather salty, though neither one of us sent our food back. I request one of several servers each time we visit, though the one who was working today must not have had a table free. I believe that the service is more attentive for weekday lunches than weekends or evenings after 6 pm, from our experience.
