Great food and atmosphere. Seemed a bit short on waitstaff today, but atill.had a great bday lunch. We loved the mussels. All the entrees were amazing. Everyone got something different: drunken adventure, chicken noodle dish, pad thai and the seafood dish (not the fried ome). Would definitely recommend.

Love the vibe of this place! Brought my early 20’s sons here for one of their birthdays. Started with the fantastic happy hours with apps and bougie drinks. Excellent presentation of drinks. Then, we sat at a table for dinner. Love the Thai fusion meal flavors. They had a wonderful sign at the table for his bday. That was a nice touch. Thank you MaKiin!!

Food looks just like the pictures!! Service was great, a fun and casual atmosphere. My only disappointment were the cocktails...could have been a little spicier. :)

If art and food collided, this is the place it happened. Makiin delivers all around. The food is fantastic, the ambiance is inviting, and the cocktails were thoughtfully presented and served. If there was anything I would criticize it would be the pure, unadulterated heat of the sauces. I'm a whimp when it comes to spicy food though so don't take my word for it. Just get it on the side and enjoy.

Fantastic food and ambience. We ate off of the Houston Restaurant Weeks menu and everything we tried was amazing.
