Great ambience, food was good, and the service was good. Only feedback was our waitress working both sides of the restaurants so the tables surrounding us the servers seemed to come check-in more often. Our waitress was very nice but I think we were only table on that side of the restaurant so the majority of her attention was focused on the other side.

You probably wouldn’t believe that I came here 3 turns in be week. 2 brunches and Valentine’s Day. The first two experiences was all love. The last experience, bot so much. Management was law and the combos different. Food quality changed. But overall a very nice brunch.

The ambiance is great. Good music, etc. The amount of food was surprisingly small. I’ve eaten french toast at restaurants for 20+ years and never been served a half of a slice. Very interesting.

We attended on Valentine’s Day so we expected some delays in service, but as someone who has worked in restaurants there was no excuse for how bad this experience was. For Valentine’s Day there was a three course set meal option which we ordered in addition to a cocktail. Our main course came before the appetizer course and our drinks. 5 minutes after the main dish was brought to our table we were finally able to get our servers attention and he brought our drinks that had been sitting at the bar. We explained that our starters never came and he said he would check on it. A few minutes later we got our starters but no apology or acknowledgement of the mix up. The food was very mediocre, but it was the service that made this experience poor. Our server never cleared any of our plates so we had to navigate a small table for 2 with two entre plates and 2 starter plates the entire meal. Neither the server or the manager ever asked if our food was okay or came to check on us (no drink refills or anything). My partner’s steak had a visible big chunk of un-rendered fat that made part of it inedible and the server did not say anything. Maybe they’re better on a non-holiday, but I will never be returning to Makers Union after this experience.

I made a reservation here for their new brunch and it was outstanding. Unlimited small plates and I added in the mix n match drinks. It was a great deal. 10/10 recommend.

Their new unlimited brunch is amazing. Nachos, makers scramble were my favorites. The mix and match drinks is a great deal. Check this place out.

The food was good but that’s where is ended….. we’re a large party with a reservation. About four items came for the entire table in the beginning… after that very little came out to accommodate the table. Our we never received food form the stater part of the menu. Then we proceed to sit for an 40 before flagging a presumed manage to tell him that we had not been checked on by our waiter in 40 mins nor had the “all you can drink” drink orders refilled. Our waiter decided to ignore our table for some reason…. Again the food that I was able to try was good, unfortunately that is where everything ended for our birthday celebration.

Our server Chelly was amazing, incredibly professional and quick. We came for restaurant week and are so glad. The Thai curry halibut was phenomenal and I also enjoyed the Manhattan with their select Knob Creek barrel. Amazing value, 3 courses for $40.
