Major Tom is elevated yet approachable, excellent and at ease, confident and gracious. The food, the room, and the service capture the sophistication and glamour of mid-century New York penthouse life, and you feel instantly at home. We maintain the high standards our guests have come to expect, and we do this while being down-to-earth, lively, playful, quirky, fun, and full of personality.

Always love dining here! The food is exceptional and creative. Full of flavors. I had the crispy chicken and my guest had the pork belly. Everything was delicious!

9th Anniversary Celebration at Major Tom's We recently celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary at Major Tom's, and despite a minor hiccup, our experience was outstanding. We had requested a window seat over two months in advance and confirmed via text on the day of our visit. Although we weren't initially seated as requested, the staff warmly greeted us and presented a thoughtful congratulatory card. After taking in the ambiance, we asked again to be seated by the window, and fortunately, we were accommodated. We're unsure why the initial request wasn't honored, but we appreciated the swift resolution. The food, ambiance, and vibe were all exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and would highly recommend Major Tom's for special occasions. We are not new to Major Tom, however this time everything was perfect and I do mean PERFECT! The food was brought out quickly, and everything was completed with great efficiency. We are not big on drinks, but we are foodies. Many high end establishments tend to neglect us because of the lack of alcoholic beverages, even though we order extra food, appetizers, deserts, specialty coffees etc. The food was outstanding this visit, and Caroline was one of the best servers that we have encountered this year at any restaurant. I was also blown away that my diet soda, and my wife’s Americano was not $8-10, it was a beyond fair $3 soda with refills, and $3.50 Americano. We will be back very soon, thanks for the great service Caroline!

The experience didn’t match the price. Food was subpar. Fatty steak for $100, other dishes were somewhat generic and not overly flavorful. Battender seemed to be the most creative, hardworking person there. Looked like some very unique creations coming from him. Wouldn’t return.

Major Tom NEVER misses. Every time we have dined at this fantastic bar, the food is delicious, the drinks are terrific, and the service is excellent.

Everything we had was FANTASTIC! We aren’t regulars of fancy places like this, but it was a special occasion. I had to Google what a few things on the menu were, but our server was also great with explanations and recommendations. Wonderful ambiance, amazing food and great service!
