We reserved a table at the third floor. It was great and glad I reserved the table, lots of people came during happy hour. Menu in happy hour is fantastic.

Entrance was gorgeous. The downstairs dining area was small and cramped. We were sitting right next to a family of 4 with with literally no privacy. The staff was quick and great. Couldn't heart them well because of the noise. Drinks came in a timely manner and were delicious. Food came in a timely manner and was mid. It was not what I was expecting at all. I expected a 'POP' of flavor and something delicious. It was just ok. Not a big deal, maybe I hyped it up too much in my head.

The restaurant and decor is absolutely stunning you can tell a lot of love went into the design. We went for lunch and the food and drinks we did get were fresh and delicious!

Restaurant didn’t live up to the hype. Tables too close to each other, felt we were dinning with group next to us. Food & drinks did not impress ….

Wish I could write a better review, not only the waiter messed the order but we didn’t mentioned it but the food wasn’t as great for the value wish it was better

Maiz & Agave is a beautifully designed and vibrant environment. The menu was innovative without being overwhelming, and everything we had from the bar or from the kitchen was delicious. We will definitely be back!!!

Overall food is good considering that ingredients were based on Oaxaca’s flavors. Arrival. Even with a reservation, we had to wait 40 min to be seated, hostess was courteous and apologies several times. Space can host 45 people and one single table is setup for 12 guests and assigned to the same 4 guests during our stay. Service. In general, Staff was courteous, particularly Raul, our waitress did her job and nothing extra, sometimes felt like borderline rude. We ordered guacamole and the molcajete stayed on the table until we finished, empty glasses were left on the table until we paid, service at the table has room for improvement for a place like this. Food. Good flavors, menu well designed. Ambience, beautiful place showing Oaxaca’s culture.

A let down would be an understatement. For how beautiful the building is, the food was absolutely horrible. Drinks were also subpar
