Besides the waitress who served us, the hostess and everyone else in restaurant was quite rude and disorganized. We made a request ahead of time over the phone to be seated on the second floor and when arrived, the hostess began to rudely say we never made the request. After explaining the situation, she said to give her a few seconds as she will find us a table on the second floor which led us to wait over 15 minutes to just found out there was no table available. The food on the first floor was okay and the waitress who took care of us was kind but the overall service took really long and was quite disorganized which really ruined the night. Would expect more from an establishment like this.

Soy mexicano y soy mesero en 2 restaurantes de Boca Raton, en mi perspectiva la comida es buena, sabe a mi país y todo el concepto es muy bueno, la arquitectura es excelente, en un principio me dieron una mesa en el rincón y cuando le pregunté al mesero que no me gustaba esa mesa a él no le importo, a mi en mis trabajos me hacen mover a los clientes a una mesa de su agrado, todo más o menos bien en el servicio pero al final la propina ya venía incluida, no había ninguna especificación en ninguna parte del menú o algún letrero en el restaurante lo cual se me hace una falta de respeto, en un restaurante donde yo trabajo no puedo exigir propina así sean 100 personas las que atiendo y en el otro solamente se puede exigir propina en una mesa mayor a 8 personas y está especificando en la primera página del menú, lastima para el mesero porque le iba a dar más propina, posteriormente subí al último piso con la esperanza de tomar una margarita y cuando salimos del ascensor ningún trabajador nos dio la bienvenida o ni siquiera nos voltearon a ver, pasamos desapercibidos, por eso tomé la decisión de irme, porque no me sentí cómodo con esas personas que no saben nada de servicio, creo que la comida y el concepto superan por mucho al personal, creo que sería una buena opción contratar meseros mexicanos para dar un mejor servicio, los cubanos solamente se esfuerzan para atender a los clientes blancos. Se necesita más que una buena comida para que el cliente regrese.

Food is super mediocre. Waiters and waitresses are super sweet/attentive, ambience is beautiful.. but I expected better. They charged me $69 split with another friend and we barely ordered anything, 1 Mocktail each, one appetizer and 1 entree. All the other good reviews youre seeing are either food influencers that had their meal compt or people’s bar have been set REALLY low for food quality.

Your reservations should show the options if you are a first timer going to this restaurant. Being sat downstairs on first floor was more like a cafe. No ambiance like the second floor or third floor and the food menu was significantly different from the 2nd floor.

I took my family to check out this new restaurant over the weekend. The restaurant's aesthetics and modern decoration were impressive, making it a great spot for photos. However, the food was quite ordinary for Mexican cuisine. My wife and I were eager to try their cocktails, but each one we ordered lacked consistency. At one point, the server even brought my wife an extra cocktail free of charge because the one she received was half empty. I ordered the steak, but it was much smaller than expected and overcooked with little seasoning. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place for dining. It might be worth visiting for cocktails and a few bites, but not for a full meal.
