Maíz Mexican Food is a food and beverage concept that celebrates and integrates a wide range of corn preparations that most Mexican restaurants aren’t offering at the moment. Every Saturday between 12-5pm we are slinging bottomless drinks and our best Mexican brunch snacks! The set menu and bottomless drink package is $89 for 1hr 30 mins. PLEASE NOTE: We only take bookings on for bottomless. Our al a carte brunch menu is available for walk-ins between 12pm and 3pm on Saturdays.

Plusieurs dates disponibles
Every Tuesday we serve up our Special Tostada Menu showcasing all our Mexican Street Food favourite dishes as Tostadas in a relaxed environment. This menu replaces our regular dinner menu on Tuesdays. All tostada Tuesday reservations have a dining time of 1.5hrs.

All round a great place to have dinner. Service was very good. Margaritas were lovely. Great ambience for a girl dinner.

We just loved our experience at Maiz. Great, welcoming and friendly service. Delicious food. An awesome little cocktail bar and a great corn lager! Will definitely be back!

As a Mexican, this is a favourite place. Use of authentic ingredients often with a twist, but all legitimately Mexican. Great service, great bar. Enjoy.

Absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect, food, staff, drinks, and atmosphere was 5 stars. The team there are so friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, drinks were so good, music was fun and energetic - honestly could not fault a single thing and had the best time. 100% will be back and highly recommend!

Legit Mex fare run by fellow Mexicans. My fav was the volcán de pulpo (octopus on maize toast). Service is the best I've found anywhere in Sydney (all Mex staff so no surprised there). Their mezcal selection is banging. Will go back to try their beef cheek huarache

Such a GREAT restaurant; super authentic food, excellent service and the bottomless brunch atmosphere was a real vibe. I’ll most definitely be back!!

We did the banquet which was good, but wasn't as good as people had hyped it up to be. Food was still tasty, everything had spice, even the dessert which was almost untouched. Found it very hard to hear the people on the other side of the table which was frustrating. Overall was a nice place to go with friends.
