We're pretty proud of having opened in the heat of the pandemic and still being here to tell you our story. Maison T came alive through the combined efforts of husband-and-wife team Masayuki Tamaru and Carolina Avaria. He is a celebrated French Chef, originally from Japan. She is a globally celebrated Hotel Chef Concierge originally from Chile. Food is his passion, Service is hers. Our kitchen and front of house teams will ensure you have a beautiful night, with friendly service, wonderful wines and of course extraordinary French fare. Check out our pooch-friendly patio in the summer months. We look forward to serving you.

MaisonT is our fave spot and where we celebrate every special occasion! Yesterday was our one year wedding anniversary and once again Carolina, Chef Masayuki and Jamie made it so special for us. Thank you MaisonT!!!

We enjoyed a delicious meal at Maison T with some our favourite French classics and delicious specials. Great, friendly service too.

reserved last minute at the bar, and had a fantastic experience. Had tea for bees and berries in my whisky for cocktails. Started with the deliciously renowned onion soup, a massive pork chop in the most savory of flavor. Had to have the creme caramel as I had so many good things about it. It did not disappoint!!

The food was delicious, I had the short rib which was nicely presented and tasted great. I believe they were a but short-staffed so the service was a bit chaotic and we had to wait for about 30 min to get our table, but I can understand. Overall it was a pleasurable experience with good food and friendly staff

Fabulous Bistro with excellent food. I have had almost everything on the menu and am always delighted. The mushroom appetizer is a favourite and the chicken bites are gorgeous. Steak frites are always perfect but my go to is the duck confit. Last night it was the Arctic char. Traditional French bistro fare with a slight Japanese nuance. A special place with fair and reasonable prices for top notch dining. The service is always attentive and efficient and the atmosphere is warm and inviting.

Was recommended to try Maison T by another local business owner. Definitely a great suggestion. We've been looking for a cozy go-to bistro in our area and are happy to say that Maison T fits this to a "T" ;) Great menu with a surprising twist as the co-owner is Japanese. So now I can get my favourite French and Japanese dishes in one place.

Service: The service was outstanding! From the person that seated us, the waiter and the owners! Everyone made us feel welcome! The Ambiance: The noise level would have been great normally I think. But, there were a few large tables of college students that were talking extremely loud. So loud that I could hardly hear the person I was with talking. The noise level is not the fault of the restaurant, so I wouldn't hold that against them. The Food: She had the Duck Confit, which she said is one of the best she has ever had. Crispy on the outside, yet succulent and juicy on the inside. I had the classic Steak and Frites, which was absolutely perfect! We would recommend and we will visit again next time we are in Toronto.
