Descend into Sous Sol, the hidden speakeasy beneath Maison Selby—a discreet escape where expertly crafted cocktails and intimate conversations take center stage. Whether you're unwinding with a post-dinner nightcap, sipping a signature libation, or raising a glass to good times, every night feels like a secret worth sharing. Join us Thursday from 8pm to 12am, and Friday & Saturday from 8pm to 1am, for an unforgettable underground experience. Please note: reservations are subject to a 1 hour 30 minute seating time.

Wonderful on all fronts! Inviting atmosphere with real candlelit tables in an elegant dining room with high ceilings, reminiscent of the mid to late 1800's. The food and service experience was fantastic, as well as the cocktails. We were well taken care of, took our time and thoroughly enjoyed our experience!

Beautiful setting food is delicious, $31 for a single slice of avo toast with eggs and a slice of smoked salmon and a quite poor cup of salad was a bit disappointing. Service was outstanding. I won't be back for brunch again tho
