This was our third visit to Maison Selby and overall all it was quite good; however, there were two exceptions. The first was the HARICOTS LYONNAISE salad, which in the description is a French green bean salad. Both my wife and I ordered it and were surprised to see only 6 small green beans on our plates. It was quite odd and while tasty, didn't reflect our expectations. The second was their inability to provide the beef option. It wasn't that they didn't have it, but their inability to provide it cooked less than medium. They gave an excuse that it was because of the setting they were using with their sous vide, but it seemed a poor excuse for a restaurant the caliber of Maison Selby. I've been cooking with Sous Vide for over 10 years and I was a professional chef and have never heard of such a thing before. My alternate choice of the pasta was exceptionally good however. I found the taste and texture perfect. Overall though, the service was excellent and we enjoyed our evening. Every restaurant has their off nights and this would not stop us from returning.

Maison Selby is a classic, beautiful establishment with a superb ambiance and great food. I took my family to enjoy their Summerlicious dinner menu, and our taste buds were impressed with every dish. The cocktails and mocktails were colorful and flavorful. The service was friendly, and our waiter was attentive, regularly checking in to ensure our satisfaction. The Soupe à la Tomate was smooth and fresh. The Cocktail de Crevettes was also fresh, and the avocado sauce was memorable—I wanted more. The Selby Duck Liver Parfait was delightful, with a generous amount of pâté that I consider the best in the city. The Pâtes de la Mer featured salmon that mingled well with the tagliatelle, though the scallop chunks were tasty but not as fresh as expected. The Contre-Filet de Bœuf's beef strip loin was excellent, and the king oyster mushrooms were prepared perfectly. The Burrata & Ratatouille Tart was creative, transforming grilled zucchini into a quiche-like dish that tasted fantastic, with an impressive and creative salad dressing. For dessert, the Peach Melba was superb. The Tarte au Sucre was pleasant and not too sweet, with a slightly nutty texture. The Chocolate Marquise, a peanut butter mousse, was generous in portion but so delicious that it only took three mouthfuls to clean the plate. All the dishes were delicious.

Not my first time at Maison Selby. The service here is exceptional. The food is great, the cocktails are wonderful. I had a small issue with my dish and it was dealt with quickly and gracefully. We had an amazing evening and will be back

Steak was not medium rare but well done! Overpriced for quality of food. Appetizers were excellent.

We went to celebrate a birthday, and the food was great. All guests enjoyed their dinner. The staff and service was excellent.
