The little French bistro you always wished was just around the corner is here. Maison Bleue is the brainchild of Sandy and John Vizzone, owners of The Hugh B&B, along with partner Executive Chef Anthony Depasquale.

Together, they have created a stylish—and delicious—interpretation of a classic French bistro. Like The Hugh, Maison Bleue is a perfect concoction of flair, verve, and intimacy.

I highly recommmend this restaurant! The restaurant is in an old house with a beautiful side porch for seating. Inside is so charming and intimate. Our server Dorothy was amazing; she was very knowledgeable and really took care of us all night. The food was outstanding!! Appetizers were amazing the the main course just as good. The crème brulee is also very light and delicious. We are so delighted to find this little French bistro at the shore! N Vogt

Our food was exceptional we ate on the porch which was lovely on a summer evening. The service from start to finish was attentive, friendly, and professional while being friendly! My filet au poivre was perfectly cooked, with delicious fresh sides, (asparagus and roasted potatoes). We shared an avocado and crab stack for an appetizer- the lump crab was huge, and the avocado well seasoned. Desserts were a fruit tart- the crust was a type short bread type, with custard and fresh fruit. Amazing! Highly recommend this restaurant, (reluctantly- I don’t want it to be difficult to get a reservation!)

We sat outside on the porch and it was an incredible experience! Ambience was perfect, food was inventive and delicious and service (Erica) was exceptional! We will definitely return!!

We ate on the cozy and elegant porch. Fantastic meal where every course was memorable and mouth-watering. French with modern flair.

We had the great pleasure of having a Saturday lunch on the first weekend it was being offered. The outdoors seating area was a perfect setting, food was delicious, everyone very profesional, helpful and accommodating. Congratulations on the beautiful new location! We are looking forward to coming back for dinner!

Our first experience since the relocation to Washington Ave. they did not disappoint. Food and service was outstanding and the sauce with the filet ……amazing ! Highly recommend

Food was excellent. Filet su poivre for me. Escargot for wifeWe each had oysters perfect. Bread service nicely fine. Waitress couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Decoré is very nice. Indoor and outdoor is available. Will be back with friends. Lunch is just starting and should be great. Pricing is consistent with the high quality of the food and service.

We were on vacation in Cape May and ate outside at this restaurant. The porch had a lovely atmosphere. The Fluke Meunière was excellent that we both ate. The service was very attentive.
