The little French bistro you always wished was just around the corner is here. Maison Bleue is the brainchild of Sandy and John Vizzone, owners of The Hugh B&B, along with partner Executive Chef Anthony Depasquale.

Together, they have created a stylish—and delicious—interpretation of a classic French bistro. Like The Hugh, Maison Bleue is a perfect concoction of flair, verve, and intimacy.

    We had a fabulous dinner and loved this restaurant! It is just beautiful- we ate outside but inside looks lovely. We were welcomed by the hostess and our server Sara Jane was great. We were a party of 6 and we all felt the same. Can’t wait to return. BYOB was even better!

    Outstanding evening, great menu, extraordinary food, servers were attentive to my wife's gluten allergy & appeared whenever appropriate and needed. Prices were at the top end of the range for this quality and location, so I will reserve it for special occasions in the future.

    Not to be missed for excellence in Food, service and ambiance! I’ve been there twice this week! Great value for the highest quality of beautifully plated food! We will be back next week !

    Steak was over-cooked. The restaurant seemed to be under-staffed as our waitress had more tables than she could cover in a timely fashion. She was also delivering the food, clearing tables, etc.

    What a great dinner it was! Anna was our server and she recommended the best appetizers so we ordered 4 and ended up sharing the mixed seafood for our main course. Dry rose wine from New Jersey vineyard was excellent! Will definitely come back again. Decor service food all excellent!

    Lunch on the porch was lovely. Ambiance could not have been better. Cera is a lovely server.
