We attended the Morgan Wallen themed brunch, however, the entire event seemed disorganized. From the time of our arrival at 11am, it seemed they were not prepared for the event. Also, I'm not sure why it was deemed a Morgan Wallen theme because there was minimal reference to him. The waitresses weren't even aware of a themed drink for the event, there was no decor related to him or his music(except for the event's name projected) and even the music scarcely related to him. Fortunately, the event itself did not cost so I suppose I should be thankful for that.

Very good bar/pub food and fun beer selection. The cards you can buy to try any amount of beer are a great idea.

I didn’t like that plastic cups were given for the mimosas. My friend and I had to open our own champagne bottle,which was hard to open.

Went to the Reggaeton Brunch with my bestie and we had an amazing time! Such delicious food, wonderful drinks, and perfect music. We even ended the event on the dance floor with most of the other guests. I look forward to having more girl time at their different future events.

It was an event so I expected it to be busy. We received one small cup of creamer for two tables and 5 coffees. The coffee is $5.25 for a cup of regular brew? That's kind of a lot. And it was burnt and bitter. Food was good. Please keep salt and condiments on the table. By the time wait staff brings it, the food is cold

Went for an event and they weren’t prepared even though reservations were required, leaving the staff behind and constantly running. No silverware or sugar on tables, no menus, drinks (even water) took a while and then had to ask for all these items when it was time and flag for refills. I don’t understand a brunch space connected to a nearby hotel that doesn’t have decaf. Not everyone can drink regular due to health reasons and I also don’t drink alcohol so my brunch drink is decaf coffee. Food came out and pretty sure the chicken in the chicken and waffles was the frozen Sysco chicken you find at a place like Denny’s. The chicken used be decent sized and have good flavor. This was two thin small pieces, had little meat and didn’t taste like anything. It didn’t seem made in-house like it previously was. Waffle was hard and had trouble even cutting it with a knife. When the ticket was brought we were told that there was automatic gratuity added since it was an event even though we were only a party of 4. There was no previous notice that this charge was coming. Even checked the event and website to see if we just missed it. Have been to events before and wasn’t charged then. We would have tipped even though there were issues because some of them weren’t the server fault so would deal with the standard 18% but they charged 21%. Won’t be back for an event like this and with the food quality might not be back for a while anyway. Def not coming for brunch.

We had a great experience at the Mainzer for brunch. The food was great and the chef even came out and introduced himself. Our server was a young girl with long blond hair (I can't remember her name), and she was an excellent server and was very friendly and attentive. We had no complaints with the food or service.
