I did not care for the picture taker. She gave misleading information on the "free" picture that you have to buy a frame for $20. It's not a good look for a nice restaurant.

First time ordering the family meal. Very filling and tasty as usual. Noel, our server, made it extra special. We were there to celebrate our son and my birthdays

Ate in bar area-- much more quite than main dining area. Michael provided great service and made several suggestions -- which we took. Try the Smoked Old Fashion, very good.

Fun evening with friends! Salad and entrees were perfect. A great value with Maggiano's Meal for Two and also the entrees to take home. Service was disappointing - on a very busy night, our waiter asked if we had been at the restaurant before and we all had previously dined at Maggiano's. He still opted to review the drink menu by item and the main menu options. As we observed, he did this with every table. We waited extended periods of time for service. He brought drinks to the table and a bottle of wine that was ordered. He left the bottle of wine on the table and walked away to take care of other tables. We had to flag him down to open the bottle and bring a cooler for the wine. Many other examples I could share - but the waiter needs to work on timing and completing a task before trying to move on to another table. Although, he was very personable which is a positive. . .not a learned behavior. We will return to Maggiano's and hope for a better level of service on the next visit.

Food was lackluster. No more freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the food. Cheesecake dessert was stale. Quality has dropped

The restaurant was understaffed for the number of people that were there. The food was great once it came out, however it took and hour and a half to get our food once we ordered.

Our meal was delicious. Their chicken parm is amazing and a really nice portion. Prices are reasonable, and plenty of parking!!! I always enjoy DTS as well, so the location is an attraction.

Tyler was amazing! Kudos to Tyler. He handled our table well with ten people. He was attentive, helpful, friendly and professional. He was always available and there when we needed him to be. We couldn’t ask for better service! He had everything running smoothly. The food was hot and delicious! That’s what we like about Maggianos, the great service and food. It’s always consistently awesome!
