Hostess seated us in high traffic area though the restaurant was half full. They have become pricey - bill was $50 a person for lunch with two glasses of wine from our group. Food is delicious. A lunch menu with less food and cost would make sense.

Very disappointed with the quality of the food. The seafood pasta dish was more water from the pasta than sauce. The Chicken Franchise, if you can make it right, leave it off the menu. Your signature rigatoni dish was very salty. You should concentrate on getting return customers rather than presenting food that is guaranteed to keep them away.

We love Maggiano’s in Garden City. We’ve always had great experiences. Yana was our server/waitress which I had requested, since we had her before. She is amazing. We love her friendliness and her upbeat personality. It makes our whole dining experience so much better and relaxing after a hard work week in the City. Yana is definitely a keeper.

For my Birthday on July 1st I wanted to go to Maggiano’s. We ordered the Crispy Zucchini Fritté and my favorite Shrimp Fra Deavolo, it’s always amazing. Our waitress was Yana, on her first week as a waitress there, previously a hostess. Well all I can say is that she was amazing, she has a great personality to go along with her smile and attentiveness to every detail. She made my Birthday and my husband’s very special. She brought us both a dessert board with Happy Birthday written in chocolate and dessert with a candle and some delicious lemon cookies. She was just amazing and we felt like we knew her and could talk with her forever. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you Yana, you were amazing. E & M Perez

The food was exceptional. Despite the restaurant being crowded, the noise level was not too loud.

Need to improve the reservation process. Not sure how many reservations were made every half hour, however the names of the parties should have been called as they arrived to their reservation. Parties were placed in groups.
