Our food was delicious! I loved the eggplant Parmesan. The only downside to our experience was our waiter not being attentive. It wasn’t even crowded and she was not checking on us to see if we needed anything. My friend’s glass of soda was empty, we needed straws and napkins. The guy who brought over our entrees was nice enough to get us some paper napkins. Overall, the food was good, so I will return to Maggiano’s.

Busy night and they ran behind. Waited 30+ min beyond reservation before being seated and then sat next to the door where everyone waiting for tables were standing. Food took nearly an hour to come out. Staff was apologetic and they comp’ed a drink, but wasn’t the dining experience we were hoping for. Won’t likely return.

It has been quite a while since dining at Maggiano’s but it was a very delightful experience for a party of 20.

This is a go to for consistently good food. The restaurant is always crowded. It's a real people pleasing place. Our waitress JJ was great. Was she busy--absolutely, however that never stopped her from taking very good care of us.

Our server was fantastic. The kitchen had trouble executing on a serious food allergy, but our server handled it so well, as did the Manager on Duty. The pasta are passable, but the reason you go there is the zucchini frittes. Exceptional.

The main reason for our rating this time was definitely our server, Dave J! Great energy & enthusiasm, along with a "can-do" attitude to make sure our experience was memorable. Of course, the dishes were great, too! We shared the chicken & spinach manicotti, which is consistently a favorite of ours. The mushroom ravioli has changed a bit, but was still delicious!
