Hadn't been to Maggiano's in YEARS but wanted to go back for V Day. The first surprise was the 'new' decor that is about 2 years old. Didn't know they are no longer a Lettuce Entertain You restaurant. The interior feels like an upscale hotel. Not stuffy but refined and elegant. Comfortable, too. Our waiter, Jerome, was AMAZING! He was sensitive, attentive, fun to talk with, accomodating and more! We were going to go to a movie and we told Jerome that convo with him was BETTER than a movie!! Really! We got the V Day Special Lunch for Two. Alot of delicious fresh food. We took alot of doggy bags home. Seriously, two sous chefs came out to ask us how everything was. They are in transition and seem to really be intentional and proactive about upgrading their food and their service. Most heartedly recommend!

Food was great! Everything tasty and plentiful. Hostess Vanessa was very welcoming as was Matt the manager. Our waitress Hannah was very attentive . We really enjoyed our dinner and looking forward to going back soon.

My wife and I eat here several times a year and always enjoy the food. We made reservations and were promptly seated at the time of our reservation. The waiter explained the new items on the menu and told us about items that have been removed.

Our waitress Hannah was great! We went for my grandfather’s 83rd birthday. They treated him like a king and Hannah took care of our large group attentively and kindly. We hadn’t been to Maggiano’s since the revamp, but we loved this trip and will certainly be back soon!

The hostess, server and manager ( Troy ) were an absolute pleasure. They made us feel like a valued patron. Service was spectacular and food was really good! The Mangianos salad with dressing, is a great way to start your meal. Crisp and refreshing! Main course was an inventive salmon with Caribbean shrimp. Mashed potato and sautéed spinach accompanied the flavorful dance. We finished with a delightful tiramisu. Guys, refrain from ordering, if your gal says she’ll have a little bite :). You’ll end up finishing, as it’s that good! Thank you for a great experience Maggianos!

The service was great but the menu changes and price increases are very disappointing. No more eggplant parm no more bring a pasta home no more dessert sampler ( they changed it but the changes are disappointing) and the shrimp diablo which used to have a lot of shrimp now has exactly 8 small shrimp. The table next to us was also complaining to our waiter about the menu changes. Again, great service but that’s not enough to get me to come back.
