We e been coming to Maggiano's for almost 30 years. This was our 38th anniversary of our 1st date here on 12-29-1996 which we noted. No mention was ever made about the event. After the first 10 years of coming back we have tried to get back every year but missed a few.We were a bit disappointed with that with the fact that nothing was said to us. The menu has changed over the years but we still had an enjoyable time. Hop to get back next year.

The worse service I’ve had in years! It took forever to get our order taken and although I asked for olive oil and Parmesan cheese to have with our bread it took at least 20 minutes and a few requests before it was brought to the table. Then everyone’s dish but mine came to the table so I inquired about my meal. They forgot to put in the order. My order arrived after everyone finished eating. They did take that off the bill and they did apologize, but overall not a great experience. Also nothing like when it was owned by lettuce entertain you.

We had not been to Maggiano’s in a long time and didn’t realize that portion sizes had changed to be much smaller so we ended up a little shy on food but what we did have was very good.

They have changed their menu and not for the better. The fettuccini with meat ball was tasteless and the meatball was pretty awful. Heavy!! And the taste of the sauce was just off. Salad was different and not as good as before. Stuffed mushrooms were still good. Made a great French martini but otherwise very disappointed. Will go elsewhere. Used to be a favorite place but food was just substandard tonight.

This is always a great place for a nicer business lunch. Nice menu selection. Food is tasty and has a nice presentation. Outstanding service.

I used to love this place. Been coming here for 20 years. They recently changed their menu - smaller portions at much higher prices. Absolutely horrible value. The service was unfriendly and mediocre. I don’t mind paying for fine dining, but Maggiano’s is definitely not in that category. This is just beyond disappointing.

We just had the most marvelous dinner! I was having some stomach issues so we called to find out if the chicken Marsala was made with heavy cream. Chef Oscar got on the phone and explained that it was made with butter but he could make it however I needed. He said he wanted to know when we arrived at the restaurant. He came to our table and said hello and discussed what he could do. He was so kind as was all the staff including Zach the manager , who came to wish my daughter a happy 25th birthday. The food was outstanding and the ambiance of the new remodel and new plates felt luxurious. It was such an enjoyable evening we will definitely return.
