Our service was less the desirable. We had to ask for bread and water. Our food came out before all of our appetizers and salads did. We love Maggianos and have never had this experience before.

We were seated at a table between two tables that had not been cleaned. 25 minutes later still not cleared. The server was not around to ask him. We did get a 'manager ' who said will get that done.. took another 15 minutes to get it done. Main dining room was closed & it was not very busy. The food was good but not the setting.

Service was very poor. Waiter was friendly but rarely came around. Water had to be asked for refill. Drinks too a long time to receive.

We had a party of 11, it was very loud in the dining room which made it difficult to have conversation.

The service was amazing! It began the moment we walked through the doors. A warm greeting from the front desk staff and the engagement with the manager. She was able to accommodate our needs which allowed us to celebrate a birthday with with family and friends. And lastly, most importantly the service we received from our waiter Billy.

Maggianos used to be a great place with delicious food. That was not the case Sunday. Food: got the mozzarella and marinara all. Came out luke warm at best. We sent it back. Manager came back with another plate and didn’t say a word. Again same result. Just ate it because it was like what’s the point now? Main apps were flavorless and just pumped out because of the holiday. Service: our waiter was all over the place. No attention to detail. The table next to us was taking a selfie and I asked them if they wanted me to do a picture for them. They agreed and he runs over and wanted to do the picture. So he is now hovering over my table to get the picture done. Price: final bill came out to be around $75 without tip. Granted no alcohol was ordered. No worth the money they are charging.
