We decided to go out to eat that afternoon. We hadn’t been to Maggianos for awhile. It did not disappoint. Food, service, all fantastic.

We had a wonderful family celebration for Thanksgiving. Maffiano's was very gracious when I had to switch the number in our party a couple of times.

We are thankful for the server we had on Thanksgiving and wish we had gotten his name. (We had a noon reservation and sat just inside and to the left in the main floor dining room.) Unfortunately, our visit started out less than stellar with a wait to be seated even though we had a reservation and the restaurant appeared to be half empty. Upon sitting down, we saw a pre fixe menu on each plate. My daughter is vegan and my son is vegetarian. I chose Maggiano's specifically because they could find things on the standard lunch menu that they could eat, or so I thought. When I asked the waiter about the menu, he said that all guests were informed it was pre-fixe when they made the reservation. I explained that I made my reservation online through Open Table and nowhere did it indicate that it was a pre fixe menu on Thanksgiving. Further, I received 2 follow up confirmation request messages directly from the restaurant. One was a 4 minute voice mail asking if we could climb stairs to the second floor dining room and never mentioned that it was a limited menu. The other I actually spoke to a host to confirm, and he never mentioned the pre fixe menu. Since it was Thanksgiving and we had driven from the Chicago area to Milwaukee to have lunch with my son who was on call, we really didn't feel that we had many options if we were to leave. Our waiter, once he understood what happened, was very gracious and spoke to the chef who agreed to make a vegan entree for my daughter. I realize that it's her choice to be vegan and limit her choices; however, I never would have made the reservation for Maggiano's if I knew it was a very limited menu with nothing on it that she could eat. The other food that we selected was very good, and the meal turned out better than it started. I just felt it was a real miss on Maggiano's part that the pre-fixe menu was never communicated to me before we arrived.

They were so accommodating and I was very pleased with their service. I really wanted the night to go well as my mom has never had a birthday party and I was throwing her a surprise party. They allowed out guests to be seated early so she was surprised and didn't see them before we got to the table. Waitress was new but very good! She made rounds frequently as did the manager. Food was superb! Very pleased. Excellent service and food and drinks! Cannot say enough about this place! Keep up the good work everyone! Love it.

I had a very nice waitress, but I had a $10. coupon to use for my portion of the bill and somehow it didn’t get applied to my portion of my bill. The coupon stated if you spent $30. you could use the $10. coupon. I get coupons regularly which is very nice, since I go to Maggianos at least every other week. My member number is 36307272. I would certainly appreciate it if you or your manager can honor the coupon for me. It expired on 11/19/19. I visited Maggianos on Mayfair Rd this past Monday, 11/18/19. I certainly will appreciate anything that you can do. I will be back on 12/09/19 at 5:30 with z as party of four. I have another coupon for that evening, so I would like the compensation in the form of a gift card or if I need to, I can bring in my receipt. On my very first visit to Maggiano's in Mayfair, I was impressed with the wait staff and their patience with me, a new customer. My server guided me through the menu and made my dining experience there top-notch. I will definitely be going back! I had their lasagne and my wife had a penne dish. Both were fantastic, after we awoke from our sugar coma after eating their delicious chocolate cake dessert, we left vowing never to to to the "other" Italian restaurant chains again. Exceptional dining experience.
