There was a hair in our calamari appetizer, they gave us a very small table for 6 people, very slow service. I am a recurring customer but not returning again. Maggiano’s is simply not the same anymore.

My husband's family has been coming to Maggianos since his childhood. Its always held a special place for them. So obviously when we had to celebrate my bro in laws birthday, we chose Maggianos. We booked a table maybe 10-12 days in advance for a large party. 80% of our party got there 20 minutes before the reserved time slot in order to check in, and see if they can give us our table as we had children and old people. They said they couldn't until everyone arrived. Fair enough! Around the time of the reservation, I went back and asked for my table - I was told that in spite of 80% of the party being there - hungry and waiting - they wouldn't give me my table. So I told them how I have old people and children that have schedule's to keep, which finally made them give me my table. The table itself was THE smallest size, for a party of 11. We're all tinier built, but half the table was up against a pillar which only caused more space issues on an already tight table. We're already not off to a great start! While we were trying to get our elbows out of each others faces, we placed an order for a round of waters that took 20 minutes to arrive, some bread that was fresh and warm with no sign of dipping oil - that took about half an hour to arrive once all the bread was gone and we were already munching on salad. The server was patient and great - it wasn't his fault. The bar took maybe 30 minutes to make 1 sangria, 1 cocktail and 1 mocktail. Again, I know its busy and we aren't the only ones in the establishment,but this was abnormal by all standards. The food itself was below average - not an experience we're used to at Maggianos. The food is usually impeccable. The family favourite eggplant parm was great but the mushroom ravioli made everyone sick - I myself am still recovering. When I asked for garlic bread, I was asked if I'm prepared to wait 20 minutes for a piece of bread? Unfortunately, I wasn't. They did a lovely job of dessert for the birthday boy.

We had a family dinner for my parent's wedding anniversary and they took great care of us. The food and service were excellent. It was all perfect.

Reservations were a breeze the Host catered to us as we were running behind and our table was still available when we arrived. Our Server was polite and precise will continue to return to Maggiano’s.

We were seated promptly with a choice of tables. The waitress took good care of. The food was served within a reasonable time and was preceded by delicious bread. The appetizer was very good and the entrees with served soon afterward. They were excellent. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.
