The hotel's acclaimed Mafolie Restaurant offers an enticing dinner menu of island favorites including Kalalloo Soup, Starfruit Drizzled Mango Avacado Salad, and locally caught seafood and Fresh Caribbean Lobster and Caribbean twists on classic dishes, like Jerk Chicken Arancini.

Our reputation and island flavor didn't happen over night. Our establishment began in the 1970s and continues to evolve with changing tastes.

The Mafolie Restaurant truly doesn't have a bad seat in the house. Our expansive view is on full display from every seat in our open air restaurant deck. Enjoy a refreshing Dark and Stormy at the bar and feel free to lounge before taking a seat with a Caribbean appetite.

Great food and best service we have had on the island. Our waitress was Thea, but the entire staff inclusive of the hostess was great! Can’t beat the views! Worth the ride up!

Mafolie's is a must each and every time my family visit St. Thomas. The food and service is always great and the view is breathtaking.

We've been coming to Mafolie for years and of course, the view is spectacular. But is was disappointing to see that they have removed all the island-influenced items from their menu, except for the Callaloo (which they were out of). Missed the pot fish, the conch fritters especially. Food was good but not as it used to be.

One of the more pleasant restaurants on the island. Had the Maho. Seasoned well. Husband had the ribs and while not ‘jerk’ seasoned as described, was tasty. Gorgeous views, attentive staff. Parking is a tab bit tricky ( limited and on a very busy road).

Malfolie was a great choice for dinner. The views were amazing and the food was great as well. We definitely be coming back.
