Booked the restaurant and informed them no macadamia nuts as we have a sever allergy. The menu has an eggplant dish which does not say it has Macadamia nuts on it. Dish came out with some short of a nut and we looked at it carefully and I (no allergy person) ate it just in case and it was macadamia nuts!!! We could have had a sever reaction here. I went up to them and told them and they asked me ‘why I didn’t tell the staff when we ordered our food?!’ We did when we booked! It also requires disclosure on the menu by the restaurant! Staff was like ‘sorry’ and then that’s it. No manager came to us, no removal of item from our bill. It was a poor experience and we were shocked - this must be reported to the regulators!!! Horrible!

Would be a really nice venue for a summers day however on the day we visited it was very windy and cold, so sat inside. Inside too was very cold and lacked warmth which made it quite uncomfortable. There was also an event outside and doors were left open regularly. Staff were a little awkward with menu change over. At 1150am one staff member told the table we could all order breakfast OR lunch but not from each menu. Didn't realise this would be so problematic. Some of us waited until 12 to order from dinner menu. Food is decent although serves are on the smaller side. Would give it a go again during more pleasant weather.

Overrated. The place looks dead at daytime. Perhaps only good for wedding or big function. Menu is limited. Poor quality food.

Very por to make a booking and be told on arrival that half the lunch menu is unavailable because there was a function the night before? As a business don't you plan for that? My girlfriend is about to give birth, and basically ate from the breakfast menu. Not to mention they were preparing meals from a food truck, not the kitchen. It was all unfortunate. Oh, and despite booking outside, the 1st waitress wanted to sit us inside - the place was empty? All the photos look lovely, guess they don't care unless you're having a function

Very disappointing experience. Food was served cold the staff did not even responded with empathy even though the food was served cold. When we complained about the cold food the lady who served us chips tried from our served plate it was actually cold. When we left telling her that we are very disappointed and she wasn’t even sorry about it. Not going there again

We went for breakfast and there wasn’t much of a selection, however the crab omelet was amazing. We also ordered some shots and a long island (cocktail). It was made really well, easy to drink. The staff were so so friendly and nice; they didn’t mind that we wanted shots at 10:30am and knew we were sensible enough to handle our drinks. Overall, definitely will be coming back to try their lunch/dinner menu!!!

The ambience and the location was amazing, which was one of the primary reasons for visiting Maestria with a few of my friends. The cocktails were great, however, we were extremely disappointed by the service and the time it took for each order to arrive. When we arrived at the restaurant on Friday at around 7:15 pm, the place seemed relatively empty both inside and outside. Hence, I was surprised by the lack of promptness and efficiency by the waiting staff. I will not lie, we had to strategically place our order so that we could time it out based on how long they were taking to bring the food. All we had were cocktails and 2 entrées, and the average waiting time for each cocktail was roughly around 20-30 minutes. It took about 3 waiting staff members who would come to our table again and again and I had to repeat one order of my drink to each of those staff members. The music was VERY loud and there were only 3 occupied tables outside at the time when we were dining. I’m not sure if we made a poor choice sitting where we were or if that is how loud it usually is. The staff however, did try to turn the volume down, after repeated reminders.

We booked the Valentine’s Day experience and it was amazing, the food was great, the atmosphere was excellent- beautiful decorations and the band was incredible, highly recommended !

the service was pathetic. we waited over an hour for a lunch order! I ordered a salad! I won't be going back.
