I have dined here before, but returned with a load of former colleagues, they were all astonished at the setting and food, I think the quality of the food is often overlooked on Madisons reviews as people often focus on the view and atmosphere, but do not underestimate how stunning the food is.

We had a lovely evening for my partner’s birthday. We ordered the three courses menu and everything was delicious. We also got a complimentary glass of Prosecco which was really nice 😊

We had the best experience at madisons the food and service was exceptional and the view from the restaurant was just amazing! The staff at Madisons went above and beyond and brought out a complimentary dessert to wish us happy anniversary It was the most perfect night!

setting and ambience are fantastic. Salmon starter was good. I feel the mains were very underwhelming and under seasoned. Considering what we paid va what we had, I don’t feel it was worth £110.

We had their set menu which was super value, food was nice but quite rushed and the service was great however, to get in to the restaurant you are interrogated by three different members of staff including a very intimidating gentleman operating the lift. Nice restaurant and bar but think they are Buckingham palace.

Food was incredible, had a table right in the corner with a beautiful view of St Paul's. Good temperature even though outside. Service was great.

The ambience was very loud with techno music pounding throughout our meal even though we were seated at an indoor table. Also the server had to correct our bill twice because of overcharge errors. So be sure to pay attention to that issue. On the plus side, the view was great.

Arrived at 7:30 and was seated at a lovely table in the window with the back drop of London in view. We ordered a bottle of Prosecco straight away and ordered our food around ten minutes later. Almost an hour later we had to ask where our starters were as a table that had been sat after us were served their starters. The manager went to check and said that our ticket had not been sent to the kitchen. The starters were bought out after around 10 minutes so at that point we had been in the restaurant for over an hour. I have to say that the food was really good and it was an unfortunate mistake that impacted the rest of our night due to having an early dinner for a later reservation which we had to cancel. When ordering our food I stated that I would decide on a dessert after and my friend ordered her’s. No one came back to ask whether I wanted a dessert and by the time that my dessert came my friend had finished hers. Lovely restaurant and the food was really good but the service was way below the standard that I would have expected. The manager did rectify the situation quickly and amended the bill for us which was very kind however I just expected a better experience as such a sought venue.

Pretty annoyed as your ad is very misleading as for a £35 brunch to extra £35 on drinks very upset and thought it was not at all clear … dissapointed to say the least
