The iconic Liberty House Restaurant has been reimagined as Maddy Rose. Boasting unsurpassed views of the NYC skyline, Ellis Island, Lady Liberty and Liberty Landing Marina, Maddy Rose at Liberty House, located in Jersey City, is one of the most iconic NJ restaurants.

The Mediterranean inspiration just isn’t touched on in the design elements but also throughout the menu. Our food is highly crafted to make you feel that you could be on the beaches of Greece or Italy dining al fresca. Our menu is filled with large shareable plates and state of the art tableside productions. To match the food menu, our Beverage program is unmatched in Jersey City with highly curated cocktails in some of the most unique glassware available. Large format drinks and bottle service are the norm for our day to nighttime experiences.

I normally do not leave reviews but this has been one of the better experiences I’ve had. Staff was lovely, food was great and I must recommend the bread pudding for dessert. Loved the ambiance.

Absolutely perfect night. We had our own gazebo with a perfect view of the city. They had nice soft music. Food was awesome. 100% will be back. The waiter Ronaldo was extremely nice. Beautiful night.

On a score of 1 - 10 it was a 15!!! The service, staff , food and ambience was beyond incredible! Cannot wait to return. It is a wonderful place for a special occasion!!!

I was there for a Sunday lunch, the place is gorgeous beautiful views of NY. The staff was very friendly. We were disappointed with the food and drinks as it took a long time to come to the table. The food was good but one of plates was completely cold. It was a nice visit but the food was not below average.

Our waiter was beyond excellent. He was attentive and extremely nice while being so accommodating to my family and our large group. We celebrated my parents 42nd wedding anniversary and it was just absolutely perfect!! And we took beautiful pictures after on the outside grounds. We will absolutely be back and looking forward to seeing our waiter!

Such a beautiful cozy fun restaurant. We had the most server Ronaldo. Everything was so tasty and must say -generous portions. The ambiance and atmosphere is unmatched cant wait to go back!

Everything from when we walked in was amazing! The food was delicious. The new look of the restaurant was gorgeous and our servers were very attentive and friendly. Beware of open table added fee for wine Wednesdays! We added wine Wednesday to our reservation for $2.40 to receive 20% off bottled wine at the restaurant only to find out when we got there the discount is offered to all dinners regardless of adding it to your reservations. It was only two bucks but it annoyed me that open table advertised and charged for this free service!
