The iconic Liberty House Restaurant has been reimagined as Maddy Rose. Boasting unsurpassed views of the NYC skyline, Ellis Island, Lady Liberty and Liberty Landing Marina, Maddy Rose at Liberty House, located in Jersey City, is one of the most iconic NJ restaurants.

The Mediterranean inspiration just isn’t touched on in the design elements but also throughout the menu. Our food is highly crafted to make you feel that you could be on the beaches of Greece or Italy dining al fresca. Our menu is filled with large shareable plates and state of the art tableside productions. To match the food menu, our Beverage program is unmatched in Jersey City with highly curated cocktails in some of the most unique glassware available. Large format drinks and bottle service are the norm for our day to nighttime experiences.

We had a wonderful time. The food and drinks were amazing. The service was impeccable. Attention to details was so on point. The staff were so friendly and attentive. It was our anniversary and they made it so special. Thank you for a wonderful night!!!

Our server was personable and attentive. We didn't know that the restaurant had been renovated since our last visit. Beautiful. The views are stunning. Always a wonderful experience here.

We ordered the Boozy Brunch. Very nice. Our server, Alex was a gem. He was professional, engaging and is really great at service. A real asset to restaurant. Only thing I’d say is the coffee was not the best.

I normally do not leave reviews but this has been one of the better experiences I’ve had. Staff was lovely, food was great and I must recommend the bread pudding for dessert. Loved the ambiance.

Absolutely perfect night. We had our own gazebo with a perfect view of the city. They had nice soft music. Food was awesome. 100% will be back. The waiter Ronaldo was extremely nice. Beautiful night.
