You may remember us as Liberty House, and rest assured, we are still the same mouthwatering food and cocktails, unmatched level of hospitality, and unbeatable skyline waterfront views, we just decided to rename the restaurant after our daughter, Maddy Rose.

Located on the Jersey City waterfront, Maddy Rose Restaurant offers a dining experience like no other. Hostess checked us in then came to our table 15 minutes later to again confirm my table. She only asked my table too, felt very uncomfortable

Probably a different experience from regular days because of the valentines pre fix menu. Main concern was with portion sizes which were quite small and deserts seemed to be made somewhere else, not the most flavorful. Service was decent but relatively slow. Should probably come back for a regular day to get a better experience.

Great place for any special occasion. Service was great love the new menu. Seafood tower was fantastic. Only downside the bottle wine list is very expensive not sure why this was so off the charts. 300 for a bottle that in store is not more than 80. They need to address this. JB

This is always a great restaurant to go to for any occasion. The staff is excellent, very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. Beautiful view of New York City too!

This was my 5th visit. And it was also my birthday! It was a PERFECT experience from start to finish!!!! Aaron our server was absolutely Top Notch!!!! Thank you everyone for an amazing evening!

Arron was amazing! Great customer service, excellent ambience, and beautiful vibes for my Bridesmaids Proposal Brunch! I’ll be back! It’s a great place for brunch or dinner! I’ve been here before and this is what keeps me coming back!

We love coming to Maddy Rose, especially for brunch! It's a great place to get together with a group. The live easy music is one of the best parts, but you cannot beat the service, beverages, and food!

Took our 16 year-old for her sweet 16 party there with four of her friends. Service was amazing. They had printed her name happy birthday on the menu. Amazing experience. Beautiful views. Definitely would recommend. Definitely would go back next time. I am in the area
