The iconic Liberty House Restaurant has been reimagined as Maddy Rose. Boasting unsurpassed views of the NYC skyline, Ellis Island, Lady Liberty and Liberty Landing Marina, Maddy Rose at Liberty House, located in Jersey City, is one of the most iconic NJ restaurants.

The Mediterranean inspiration just isn’t touched on in the design elements but also throughout the menu. Our food is highly crafted to make you feel that you could be on the beaches of Greece or Italy dining al fresca. Our menu is filled with large shareable plates and state of the art tableside productions. To match the food menu, our Beverage program is unmatched in Jersey City with highly curated cocktails in some of the most unique glassware available. Large format drinks and bottle service are the norm for our day to nighttime experiences.

Miguel was very energetic and very helpful. It was a little bit too loud in the dining room, food was on smaller servings that I would love, but the quality and presentation was great.View, even though we’re not seated near the window was very romantic. Will definitely dine in again!

Every from reception to our server were truly wonderful. Our meals were excellent and served in a timely fashion. and of course the view...... very special!

12oz ribeye medium rare: 10/10 Filet Mignon: 10/10 Potatoes: 10/10 Broccolini: 8/10(crunchier than I expected but that might be my fault for not knowing how it's supposed to be cooked) Grilled shrimp appetizer: 10/10 Caesar Salad: 9.5/10 The service was extraordinary. Everyone was so attentive and delightful. Eating in the cabana was amazing. Private, intimate setting with a gorgeous view and there was a live band. It was my wife and my first time there and we can't wait to go back!

Very bad service, kept trying to take our plates away while we were eating, happened at least 3-4 times, and we ordered a lot of food
