The iconic Liberty House Restaurant has been reimagined as Maddy Rose. Boasting unsurpassed views of the NYC skyline, Ellis Island, Lady Liberty and Liberty Landing Marina, Maddy Rose at Liberty House, located in Jersey City, is one of the most iconic NJ restaurants.

The Mediterranean inspiration just isn’t touched on in the design elements but also throughout the menu. Our food is highly crafted to make you feel that you could be on the beaches of Greece or Italy dining al fresca. Our menu is filled with large shareable plates and state of the art tableside productions. To match the food menu, our Beverage program is unmatched in Jersey City with highly curated cocktails in some of the most unique glassware available. Large format drinks and bottle service are the norm for our day to nighttime experiences.

Food was decent, pasta had sat around before being served, steaks were cooked to proper temp but slightly under seasoned. Fish was slightly overcooked. View was amazing

Went to Maddy Rose for my birthday and it was a beautiful time. The staff is so helpful and kind. Views were breathtaking of the New York City skyline. Food was perfectly portioned and delicious. Thank you for making my birthday celebration a wonderful evening :)

Awesome views of lower Manhattan Food was good. Outside was the place to be but can get chilly with a breeze

Our server Henry went out of his way to ensure we had an amazing experience. He made recommendations based on information we shared and each recommendation was excellent. He checked on us regularly and, when we were all done, encouraged us to come back to soon. He is a bonus to Maddy Rose. Ask for Henry when you dine here!

Celebrated my son’s birthday and was very pleased with the aesthetics of the venue (views of NYC, gardens, outside cabanas). Really beautiful photo ops! We lucked out with a wedding taking place, some beautiful floral arrangements and had an amazing fireworks display! Our server, Anthony was a pleasure! He knew everything regarding the menu/drinks! Food was somewhat of a disappointment. The calamari was good, steaks came out cold but, were taken back to put under broiler to reheat and for the prices the portions were very small! I would still like to return and try the weekend brunch.

The service and food weren’t anything memorable. The only redeeming factor for this restaurant are the views.

It was the perfect ending to a long day at Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Everything we had was amazing. My steak tartar was fantastic! Beautiful place and views of the city.
