The iconic Liberty House Restaurant has been reimagined as Maddy Rose. Boasting unsurpassed views of the NYC skyline, Ellis Island, Lady Liberty and Liberty Landing Marina, Maddy Rose at Liberty House, located in Jersey City, is one of the most iconic NJ restaurants.

The Mediterranean inspiration just isn’t touched on in the design elements but also throughout the menu. Our food is highly crafted to make you feel that you could be on the beaches of Greece or Italy dining al fresca. Our menu is filled with large shareable plates and state of the art tableside productions. To match the food menu, our Beverage program is unmatched in Jersey City with highly curated cocktails in some of the most unique glassware available. Large format drinks and bottle service are the norm for our day to nighttime experiences.

The food was good but portions were small, you can see your mostly paying for the view of NYC but was not what I expected.

Had a party of 7 for my birthday celebration. It was perfect! The Maddy Rose team went out of their way to ensure my day was as special as it could me. Great food and drinks. Will definitely be returning!

Went there with my spouse for our anniversary. The service was outstanding and the food was even better. It’s a beautiful location with a great view of Manhattan. Definitely makes my favorite place to mark an occasion. Will be coming back.

Henry was our waiter and on point. I am sure his service contributed to it being a perfect evening. At times we take the wait staff for granted when they give excellent service.

Food was decent, pasta had sat around before being served, steaks were cooked to proper temp but slightly under seasoned. Fish was slightly overcooked. View was amazing
