Madam is a vibrant award-winning dining experience in an art-forward space, located in the stunning Daxton Hotel and open daily for dinner and for weekend brunch. Our menu is curated to complement seasonal flavors through fresh, locally sourced ingredients from local farmers, partners and purveyors. We enjoyed our Father’s Day brunch here! Although our drinks and food did take a bit to come out, I wouldn’t say that took away from our experience! The food was great, we got the breakfast sandwich, grilled cheese and croque madam. For drinks we ordered the Pera Pera and an Old Fashion. The server and rest of team were super friendly! Thanks for having us.

The food was good but the wait time wasn’t worth it. I went for brunch and had to wait over an hour and a half to get my food after ordering it

Madam is a gem. Fabulous brunch. The sourdough with salted butter is not to be missed.

Booked a Sunday night dinner. Food was overall good but not exceptional. Service at the bar was friendly but very, almost purposefully, slow. The restaurant was not busy at all, but delivery of appetizers and mains was also very slow. Water was promptly and repeatedly refilled, but wine from the bar was slow to arrive. Our server was lovely and had good recommendations, but the long wait times and gaps between courses made for strange pacing and a kind of disappointing experience. Not sure if it was just an off night or if it was a staffing issue, but we were underwhelmed. Our previous visits to Madam were really great, so I am hoping this experience was just a fluke.

The food was good but it took over one hour to get our breakfast dishes. The restaurant was not crowded so it definitely surprised me that the service was so slow. Other than that the restaurant’s ambiance was very nice.

First time eating here. Came to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday. Overall experience was sub par. Took over an hour to get our food. About 40 minutes after ordering the waitress said it would be out shortly. 20 minutes after that I asked when we could expect our food and our waitress hurried to the back and promptly brought out our food. Seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for quite a while. Never asked if we wanted another drink after the first round. Will not be returning.

Food was pretty good; my husband's chicken sandwich was tasty. Service was really poor. Felt like the greeters at the front were judging us even though we were dressed nicely. Our waiter was nice but he was extremely quiet and hard to hear. We waited for a long time for our check and felt somewhat ignored by the end of our meal.

Food is stellar, service inconsistent. Our waiter took our order and never checked back. Flagged someone down for pepper and got an empty pepper mill. Waiter told us they couldn't make a peach bellini...but it seemed like he had no idea what we were talking about.
