Your choice of 10-course for $150.00 or 12-courses for $175.00 with optional $55 5-course wine pairing. This menu will sample a new interpretation of classical Spanish cuisine, influenced by the whimsical style of MAD gastronomy. Experiencing the 12-course meal at MAD was extraordinary. From the moment we were seated, the service was impeccable, with each course presented cleanly and described with expertise and passion. The staff was attentive, anticipating every need while allowing us to fully savor each dish. Each course offered a balance of flavors, crafted with precision, and presented as true culinary art. The progression from one dish to the next felt seamless, each course adding depth to the overall experience. The pacing was impeccable, giving us ample time to appreciate each creation without feeling rushed and enjoy conversation. MAD delivered a dining experience that was not only a feast for the senses but also a showcase of exceptional service. While we were unable to get a reservation at BCN taste tonight (because they were closed celebrating their Michelin star). MAD was more like an upstart younger sibling rivaling to overtake the former rather than a second choice. MAD provided a meal that left a lasting impression—an elegant, immersive journey that defines fine dining at its best.

A wonderful experience! Food was amazing, server was so friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect. Love the vibe and decor as well. Definitely a splurge $$$ from our regular dining budget but worth it! Will definitely go back!

This is my second time going to MAD. The first time we were blown away, talk about it often with friends. Which is why when we had family come visit we had to take them. We had the astronaut experience, every single corse was rushed and piled of top of each other. The weight staff didn’t take their time to explain it. They didn’t ask us about drinks or try to explain any drinks to us. The food this time was okay, I wasn’t blown away. Which is unfortunate because the first time I definitely was.

Had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday. We were even given a tour of the restaurant that included several of Picasso's original art.

My boyfriend and I had reservations here for indoor dining room, standard table at 9pm. Arrived 30min early and we were willing to wait for a table. They sat as down immediately but it was not the table I reserved for. I asked kindly to move to a standard table that was available instead of a high top. The hosts told us no because that table was reserved already. I told her I originally booked a standard table not a high top and she came back to tell me I didn’t reserve a standard table. I had to get up and show her the email where I did book a standard table. She then told me both standard and high top were the same thing and it didn’t matter what I reserved. At this point the host was getting upset that I was proving her wrong and she didn’t know what else to say to me. I was so upset that she tried to lie to me about my reservation. A different host then offered we sat and had a drink while a table we reserved for became available and we would be seated by 9:15. I told her that was fine and we could wait. While waiting another group of 2 asked to sit at the table we requested to be moved to as soon as we got there and they moved them when they had already told us that table was taken. We weren’t seated at our reserved table for 9pm until 10pm. The service here is horrible and the communication was poor. I do want to say we were the youngest group there and the staff did not prioritize us.

The food is AMAZING! Truly AMAZING! Our server Stephen was outstanding. The portions were perfect and we enjoyed one of the best meals in Houston in a long time!

It was definitely the right decision for my first visit to Houston! Created my own “tasting menu” and loved it all! Dessert was as delicious as it was creative!

Simply blown away! Our server Tito deserves an award! Very passionate young man and so knowledgeable. He gave us a full run down of the inspiration of the restaurant and a tour to explain each art piece. Great food, great atmosphere and outstanding service! Definitely will be my frequent spot.
