From Executive Chef Luis Roger comes our Chef's Tasting Menu. Your choice of 10-course for $150.00 or 12-courses for $175.00 with optional $55 5-course wine pairing. This menu will sample a new interpretation of classical Spanish cuisine, influenced by the whimsical style of MAD gastronomy. Availability is not guaranteed as supplies are sometimes limited, pre-selection of the experience helps us better prepare for your participation. Price is not inclusive of tax or gratuity. Seulement 31 déc. 2024Join us for our annual New Years Eve celebration as we ring in 2025 with a 6-course tasting menu specially curated by Michelin-starred Executive Chef Luis Roger, accompanied by live entertainment and musical performances to compliment your dining experience. Early seating features a live guitarist and singer. The menu is structured to offer an authentic representation of the robust flavors of Spain, featuring highlights such as jamon iberico, steamed mussels, lobster, branzino and filet mignon, with dietary substitutions available for each course. The early seating is priced at $145++ per person (not inclusive automatic 20% gratuity & 8.25% tax).
