From Executive Chef Luis Roger comes our Chef's Tasting Menu. Your choice of 10-course for $150.00 or 12-courses for $175.00 with optional $55 5-course wine pairing. This menu will sample a new interpretation of classical Spanish cuisine, influenced by the whimsical style of MAD gastronomy. Availability is not guaranteed as supplies are sometimes limited, pre-selection of the experience helps us better prepare for your participation. Price is not inclusive of tax or gratuity. Please allot 2-2.5 hours for the dining experience. Tasting menu only available Sunday-Thursday. *Full table participation required*.
