Here at Mad Dogs & Englishmen we have become renowned for our themed Afternoon Tea’s and wonderful cocktails. Enjoy the eclectic surroundings of this unique venue. We offer an immersive experience, a feast for the eyes and the taste buds!
The Parlour Tea Room at Mad Dogs and Englishmen provides a vintage setting to enjoy Afternoon tea. We’ve become renowned for our themed teas which offer an unforgettable experience.
The Botanical Rooms is upstairs and hosts our cocktail bar and also hosts our themed afternoon teas.

Absolutely fantastic afternoon tea and was extremely magical ! Thank you for looking after us and attending to our requested dietary requirements and for being so attentive! My husband and myself have visited many times but was my son and daughter in laws first experience which they absolutely loved. Also bringing our precious grandson was wonderful and seeing his little face taking it all in was lovely! Cannot wait for our next visit. Happy Christmas to you all 💐💐💐🧑‍🎄

Absolutely amazing! The decor and lighting are so homely and well executed. The presentation of food and creative cocktails are just fabulous so many sweet treats! . It’s my third visit and never disappoints - will be back!

Upon entering for the Nutcracker afternoon tea - you were transported into a magical place - the decor was outstanding and were made to feel very very welcome. The service was good on every level and the waiters / waitress all very very pleasant. The quality and presentation of the food was excellent. The drinks service was excellent. The amount of sandwiches leaves a little to be desired. Having had afternoon tea at various of the hotels in London where the amount of savory food was unlimited - one plate of sandwiches at Mad Dogs and Englishmen between 4 adults is nearly not enough and when seconds were asked for it seemed a little paltry to bring up just five more sandwiches which the waiter explained was all he could get. I appreciate there were plenty of sweet treats but personally we prefer more savories and take home whatever sweet treats could not be consumed at the time. With the lack of more sandwhiches / savoires - I felt that it was not really good value for money. I hope that you find this feed back helpful.

We attended the Nutcracker experience as an early birthday treat for my daughter’s 21st. Staff were extremely polite and helpful, decoration was magical and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience

Fabulous afternoon tea. Beautiful Nutcracker theme decorations - so well done. Staff are delightful and the food exceptional .

Beautiful decor for Christmas. The Nutcracker theme was perfect! Food was really good and certainly value for money. Service was amazing from the lovely Grace. Nothing was too much trouble. Second time I’ve been and will definitely be booking again
