Another satisfying Mad Benne experience! The food and drinks are always consistent, high quality, and delicious! Our servers, Anela and Aliyah provided outstanding professional kamaʻāina customer service! The entire Mad Benne team made us feel welcomed and comfortable, like ʻohana from greeting us, showing us to our table, and taking care of us throughout our dining experience! Timing of the food could have been better half the meals were hot and half were not. So half the meals were sitting on the counter while waiting for the others. Love the idea of it being fresh pastas and pizza which is always a challenges with timing. With that being said I would let guests know and it be more family style sharing..plates will come out as they are made HOT and continue to come out.

Sat at the bar. Dina the bartender was great. Excellent mixologist and wine pourer. Great conversation. We had supreme pizza as appy, took half home. Had two pasta dishes that were outstanding. Was our 27th wedding anniversary, but they were out of dessert so the bartender gave us a prosecco and amaro at the end of our meal.

Was running a few minutes late so I called and they pushed our reservation back 15 mins. Once we go there the waitress stated they were shorthanded and wanted us to know up front in case it took longer than normal. Still got our drinks, meal and salad in good time. Will be back.

Took order but first food came in like 30-40min. I asked the server where is our foods then 10min came one. I believe they forgot. But never apology or anything. Food was good but poor customer service. I don’t repeat nor recommend this place

When we got there there were literally only two staff working the dining area. There was one waitress running around and the other was the host who had to also bring waters to the tables and take orders. As you can imagine we waited a long time for everything and once you got your food and drinks, no one came by to check on you after. I heard the place is about to shut down and that's disappointing because the alfredo pasta I had was decent and had a pretty good flavor.

Second time here! First time excellent but I think your Pizza I think it was supreme was too hot, in taste! You were gracious and changed it but I think your menu should say it had hot sauce! Thank you

Can’t give a decent rating because our 12 pm reservation was cancelled at 10:45 am the day off. Received a call informing me they had to cancel my reservation for a private event. I would think that you accept private events ahead of time and the proper thing to do for customers with existing reservations is call ahead of time to cancel any reservations, not the day off. Our group was driving all the way from town and left us looking for another venue for lunch at the last minute. Need to work on your customer service skills!!
