In the heart of Marietta Square, Mac's Chophouse is a modern-vintage revival of the classic American steakhouse. Our menu highlights a thoughtful approach to locally-sourced ingredients and hearty, flavor-rich cuisine. Truly the best experience I’ve had at Mac’s Chophouse in a long time. Oysters (Moon Rock), Caesar Salad, and Filet Mignon were all excellent. As was the gelato and espresso to finish the evening. Amazing evening, thank you!

The ribeye steak was not a quality piece of meat . It seemed more like choice cut than prime ! My wife’s flounder was very dry. The food was delivered late to the table and was not at the proper temperature as well ? This was our 5th time dining at Mac’s I guess every business can have a bad night . It’s always about the food !!

As always the food was good and well prepared and the staff was friendly. I confirm they go above and beyond to keep their customers happy.

Our waiter was pleasant but appeared new. For Sunday night, service was slow. We ordered half salads, some got half others got whole. Our meals were the problem. My friends Wagyu beef filet was evidently delivered to me. My medium well steak was delivered to her. She should have had a crab leg with her surf and turf. It took quite a while to get our waiter back. They took our steaks back but as the rest of our party had their food, they were finished eating before we received our second steaks. My friend still did not receive Waygu filet. It was their regular filet. It was just disappointing as we had been looking forward to a nice evening with friends to celebrate two birthdays. We didn't even order dessert as the dinner took so long. Management did comp our entire dinner which was very much appreciated, but it was still a disappointing experience!

Food was good except the medium steak that came out rare and then well done after the 2nd cook. They serve store bought Kings Hawaiian Rolls. 30 minute wait to get any drink. We were charged for 2 sides that never came. In his defense, the server was occupied with another larger table, however, no manager stepped up to help him.

Food and service was excellent! Brandon was our server and he went above and beyond to be sure we enjoyed our dinner. We'll definitely be back!

The prime dry aged strip had gristles and the sides were bad. Creamed spinach was very salty and asparagus wasn’t trimmed well of the chewy roots. At this price point it is not acceptable even for the area.
