Lovely spot for a quiet drink and board game! Didnt try the food so ignore that part of review!

This spot was a nice find. We had the Irish Tapas including the Buffalo Cauliflower and nachos chips. For the main course the braised sandwich and the fried chicken sandwich. Both were delicious. They had traditional Irish music playing live which added nicely to the atmosphere. It was a very cozy spot on a rainy and windy evening.

The food was really good even though at first i was put off by the plastic looking bar food menu. The service was great and i had a very good plate of salmon recommend it!

Fantastic! The smoked bacon chop was so delicious! The service was perfect, very attentive. And the atmosphere was beautiful.

Delicious and unique menu in a lovely setting and very convenient if you are staying at The Hardiman. Friendly and attentive staff.

Service here was so slow. It wasn't even busy at the time. My husband had sea food chowder for starters. I had soup. The soup was put in front of me, but no spoon. Thinking she was coming back I waited a minute or two, but then had to go up to the bar to ask for one. Then realised I wasn't given the soda bread that was to go with it. Again had to go to bar and ask for it. Meanwhile my soup going cold. A fair wait for starter dishes to be cleared, then an even longer wait for the mains. Slowest service I have ever experienced. Never again would it I eat here!
