My wife had a salad called Salmon, and I had Carbonara for lunch. Everything was outstanding.

Service was horrible. Me and my wife ordered adult beverages once seated. Took 30 minutes to get our drinks. They came the same time as our entrees. My martini appeared to be missing alcohol as well as all the ice had already melted in the shaker due to it sitting so long. Witnessed a few other drinks being sent back from other tables. My wife’s entree pasta vodka bake was burnt. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Me and my fiancée love M Italian. It is one of our favorite places to go when frequenting Chagrin Falls. Pro tip: if you also see a play at Chagrin Valley Little Theater you get free parking there and it’s within walking distance to M Italian. Great atmosphere at M Italian and some delicious Italian cuisine!

M has been one of our longtime favorites and this visit did not disappoint. From the welcoming hostess to our well-versed server, it was a great experience. Our quiche, eggplant, and simple salad were all delicious and we had a wonderful time for lunch. I do miss the pear salad though lol. Looking forward to our next visit.

From start to finish- we always have great service at M Italian. From the hostess and our server being awesome to our complimentary champagne for our anniversary to all of our delicious appetizers, we had the best time. We sat outside and the ambiance was wonderful. We will definitely return to and recommend M Italian.

We had a wonderful meal with great service. Originally we wanted to sit outside, but the weather became cool and wet, so we went inside. It was a bit noisier, but we really enjoyed our evening :-)

We were recommended M so decided to try it. The mushroom pizza was great. The lasagna wasn't fully reheated. The chicken parm was really some of the worst I have tried. I had to ask for extra tomato sauce because they only put a spoonful on it and the chicken was hard and flavorless. The experience was just ok. Prices were reasonable. I had expected a lot more from all of the recommendations. Nice view from the patio.

I feel that the food quality is not nearly as good as in years past. We had the bolognese and egg plant parm. It was all very average and we are used to the food being exceptional.
