    We were very impressed with all the improvements made in the restaurant from new chairs to the soft lighting on all the tables. It looks so much more elegant. Of course the food is always very good. Keep up the good work.

    Food was excellent, our waitress was very good. Host unfriendly and unhelpful. We had a reservation for 7 and my open table had saved to always request a booth. When we got there the host said their booths don’t fit 7 and we could squeeze or sit at a high top. Unfortunately we have a kid in a high chair so we needed a low top and our reservation time. Although unfriendly, ok my fault it was in my open table app and they insisted we stick to that. However, it also said in two places it was a birthday and that went completely unacknowledged. Felt like they were picking and choosing what to hold you to based on what’s convenient for them. Unaccommodating and could have courtesy called when they saw that request that a booth doesn’t work for 7. And it’s the holidays be friendly. Just leaves a bad taste when we had a decent tab of $250.

    Overall excellent. Need valet for there is no real parking except across the street. They have included valet, which is a good decision. Tables are nice. The use paper on top of the linen to keep the linen clean. Slight nuisance of the paper constantly touching you. However, our table had two pieces overlapping the table; other tables had one piece within the table boundary. Provided bread and seasoned oil before ordering. Breakfast was good selection. Prepared well. Right sized. Corrected minimal order accuracy error. Wife said she thought the omelette was delicious. I particularly liked the fingerlings with red pepper flakes with my eggs. I thought cost was reasonable for 2 adults, 1-9 yo, including 2 mimosas. ~ 70. My only real complaint, I asked for a card to placed at the table for my wife’s birthday. It was a piece of paper from a used clipping, folded backwards with her name written. Felt unthoughtful, and last minute when I am trying to be thoughtful for my wife. It should have been a piece of card stock (with nice penmanship). I couldn’t get the bar to provide me cash so I could tip valet; thought that was odd. Otherwise, very nice experience.

    A great place to dine. Unfortunately, a lot of loud talkers at adjoining tables.

    We are frequent guests here but wanted to commend M for the recent changes they have made. They updated some aesthetics, new chairs and server uniforms, it looks fantastic. Same great energy, food and service too. Great place to meet friends for drinks or dinner, highly recommend M Italian.

    I haven't eaten at M Italian for a while and this lunch reminded me why. I ordered coffee and the quiche with salad. The waitress brought a French press and when I poured it into my cup, took a sip, it was full of grounds. When she came back and was told about the problem, she said, "That's because its French press." Really? I have one and don't have that problem. She replaced it with a regular coffee. Ok. The quiche was cold, overbaked and seemed like it was reheated, but not well. The last time I was there I went for dinner which as I recall, was about as memorable as this lunch. Not sure I will give this restaurant any more chances to redeem itself.
