Chicken parm was good and carbonara was very good. My wife loved the pear and arugula salad.

Restaurant was too crowded, too many tables. I got the seared halibut and my husband got the seared Bronzino, those were the specials for the day. Neither fish was seared. It was just cooked, no browning on top or bottom of fish.

Had another outstanding meal and while there was some confusion and delay getting seated, I reached out to management and they were extremely quick to respond to my concerns. Not many places offer their high level of customer service!

It was a very cold day and the door to the outside did not close so every time they open the door to come into the restaurant from the hallway there was a rush, a cold air. This made it very uncomfortable.

The service was abysmal. We sat at the table for one hour before we got a menu. The wrong food was delivered to our table. When we alerted the manager (after repeated attempts to get the attention of the server) she declined to actually apologize. I’ve never before experienced this level of horrendous service.
