    We were very pleased with the service we received from Zoe. She was very pleasant and attentive. M Italian is one of our favorite restaurants in Chagrin Falls.

    We love M Italian but was not aware of the great menu and happy hour on Sundays! The drinks were fantastic and the Margarita Pizza, the Meatball appetizer, the Chef Pasta and Carpaccio were delicious! We now have a new place to go on a Sunday!

    Our server blew the rating, this could've been no less than 4 star The food was excellent, hearty portions. We enjoyed our apps (crispy shrimp and calamari), house salads, entrees (lasagna and Lobster&Shrimp Fettucine), and we were full as we carried out leftovers. The lasagna was massive. If it were in an 8X8 baking dish, it would have been a 1/4 of it. Looked like it was 99 layers too! 😄 Great vibe with a rustic feel. The outdoor dining area was massive. It appeared comparable to the indoor capacity, both of which were packed. So, glad we had reservations. Though we didn't valet, they all greeted us with smiles and a warm welcome when we arrived and departed. If we'd were to have had a better server, the rating would be higher. While our server Almetra was nice, she was very absent. We had to get the attention of others to find her 3 times. I had to get her attention after 20 minutes of waiting for my drink. This was particularly annoying because I tried to change my drink order while she was taking my friend's order and she responded, "I already put it through," with her hands open like "Oh well, I can't help you."🤷🏽‍♀️ Who knew walking 20 ft to the bar would've killed her? She also was not at all conscientious about placing items properly on the table. She just kept dropping things off to the left of me, not even adjacent to the table settings. Table ettiquette training needed. This was particularly disturbing because we'd already addressed the heavy condensation dropping from the a/c on the table to my left. So much so, the manager moved our table and placed a napkin at that end. I thought after she observed me move them, she might catch on, but it never happened. Nonetheless, I would definitely return and ensure I was placed at a different table with a different server. Having met a lot of the other staff because of this experience, all of whom were so pleasant, gracious, and responsive, I am confident the next experience will be far greater.

    Both our food and service were excellent. This was not our first time at your restaurant and we will continue to come for a fun getaway since we do not live in Cleveland. Definitely worth the drive.

    Excellent meal and outstanding service. We had a nice table outside, which the five of us enjoyed. However, the noise was unbelievably loud. Granted, it was very busy, and every table was filled. The loud pounding music caused everyone to shout to be heard at their table. Why do restaurants think diners enjoy that level of noise? If I had gone to each table and asked, I am pretty sure every person would have said it would be very nice if the music was turned down or off. When it is busy, music is a nuisance.

    Overall very good. Calamari -excellent, spaghetti with clams- very bland, spaghetti carbonara unusual with chicken , but still delicious some of the best! Quite noisy. Definitely worth going.
