I was very impressed, even though the venue was extremely busy due to a local Rugby match taking place at Twickenham Stadium the service was quick and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding, we had the short bone Tommahawk steak meal for 2 and I have to say it was one of the best I have had. I will definitely be going back, maybe on quieter day when no rugby is happening.

It was a very busy day, but great friendly service and food was exceptional. Only down side was the bar struggled with the volumes.

From the outside the bar/restaurant looks very smart and high end, but when you go inside it is quite different. The sofas are battered and old and it could do with being refurbished. It isn’t obvious what is the bar vs the restaurant. Nobody was there to greet you to be seated. The music is very loud. The menu is very meat oriented and one of the group is pescatarian so not a huge choice. The waiting staff seemed too scared of getting something wrong. The food was ok. Chips were way too salty. The fish was fresh but the batter was very greasy. The cheesecake with blueberries was quite tasteless. We waited a long time to get the bill and to pay as the restaurant got a little busier but it was by no means busy. All in all I was very underwhelmed. The reviews I had read were very good. I chose this venue for my friend’s birthday and I was a little embarrassed with my choice.

The service was amazing, very polite and indeed dog friendly (my dog dined with us too as the chef prepared a plate with meat for her). The space and the view are very nice too. The food was also well cooked and flavoured!

Couldn’t fault it one bit. Had a fab Father’s Day. Melvyn served us and could not have been any better. He remembered us from our previous visits, checked in on us regularly. Service was faultless.

Always great as pre or post Rugby food. Service is amazing and steaks are some of the best - anywhere ! Would remark on over-zealous security staff asking diners with reservations for proof before admitting!! Not good and hopefully will change!

We booked a table for a meal after a big rugby match at Twickenham so that we could kill two birds with one stone and eat dinner while waiting for the queues to leave the Cardinal Vaughan car park to die down. The food and service was excellent - great fish & chips and burger. The only slight downside was the bouncers at the front gate (at 5.30pm) who quizzed us (as a family with a young child) about why we wanted to come in - despite having a reservation. It was fine and not a big deal but just made us feel a bit unwelcome initially when it was patently obvious we were not there to cause trouble!

The restaurant looked clean and tidy. Friendly staff and speed of service was good. Beers cold and well poured. However I was a bit disappointed when I ordered a Tap burger and was told that only could be cooked we'll done so I changed my order and asked for Fish and chips which I've had before. The batter was very fatty and the fish inside very thin and overcooked. The bill was presented correctly and in a timely manner. I hope this feedback helps you improve, we really like your place and have always enjoyed our visits in the past.
